‘2023 Hanbok Culture Week’ Will Be Held In Different Parts Of Korea
Hanbok Culture Week From October 16 To 22
From October 16 to 22, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and the KCDF (Korea Craft & Design Foundation) will host ‘2023 HanbokCulture Week’ in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and other locations across the country.
Hanbok Culture Week 2023, Now In Its Sixth Year
“Hanbok Culture Week” is held under the theme “Good Day to Wear Hanbok!”
Every year during the third week of October, various hanbok-related programs such as exhibitions, experiences, and fashion shows are held to spread hanbok culture in everyday life.
Location : National Folk Museum of Korea Main Building, 7080 Memories Street
What : Hanbok exhibit, traditional hanbok rental, polaroid photo shoot in hanbok, retro hanbok rental and experience, hanbok quiz, traditional games, hair braiding, tea ceremony experience, knot and making, and more.
4. 2023 Hanbok Culture Week Celebration
Date : Oct. 20 (Fri.) 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Where : Outer side of SeMoCA (Seoul Museum of Craft Art)
What : Hanbok fashion show, recognition of meritorious people, celebratory performances
