The Largest Astronomy Conference to be Held August 2022 in Busan, Korea

International Astronomical Union General Assembly (IAUGA), the biggest international meeting of the astronomy community, will be held in Busan, Korea from August 2 to 11, 2022.

IAUGA, where astronomers from all over the world gather in one place, is held every three years on a continental cycle, and this is the first time it has been held in Korea.

A total of 205 sessions and about 1,700 academic presentations are scheduled for this general meeting.

Topics on the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) and Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) around the blackhole will be discussed.
