“Changdeokgung Palace” In Seoul Will Open At Night Starting From April 11th

From April 11th to June 2nd, 2024, The ”Moonlight Tour of Changdeokgung Palace“ Event Will Be Held Every Thursday Through Sunday 

Changdeokgung Palace is acclaimed as the most Korean-style palace, harmonizing natural surroundings with palace architecture. It features various structures like the oldest palace gate, ”Donhwamun,“ and the ”Injeongjeon,“ where royal ceremonies and diplomatic receptions took place. The palace grounds offer serene spaces for royal leisure and strolls.

Celebrating its 15th year, the ”Moonlight Tour of Changdeokgung Palace“ offers visitors the chance to explore the palace‘s history and culture through guided tours illuminated by traditional lanterns. Tickets for the moonlight tour can be reserved through TicketLink starting from April 17th at 4:00 PM. Each day, 150 participants can join, with a limit of 2 tickets per person.
