Blue Bottle Have Collaborated With Jeju Umu To Launch “Coffee Pudding.“
Jeju Umu, which makes handmade pudding by boiling agar seaweed collected by Jeju Haenyeo, and Blue Bottle have collaborated to launch “Coffee Pudding.” The menu, which was only available at Blue Bottle’s Jeju cafe, has now landed at Jeju International Airport with the Blue Bottle’s “UMU Pop-Up” from January 2024. It will be open until February 29, 2024, and will feature puddings and cosmetic products. In addition, customers who purchase the “coffee pudding” will receive a coffee voucher to enjoy themselves at Blue Bottle Jeju Café.
The jelly-like material known as agar is made up of polysaccharides that are extracted from the cell walls of various red algae species.
