Great Place to Enjoy Korean Pork Ribs in Jamsil, Seoul – BonDi (본디)

Korean Pork Ribs are fresh and soft, which has different textures and charming points compared to pork belly.

The restaurant name “BonDi(본디)” is a Korean adverb meaning ”from scratch“ or ”from the ground up.“ To make sure you enjoy the pork from the ground up, the staff roasts it themselves with the perfect temperature. Try the juicy pork bone-in ribs, gabrisal ribs, and more! We also recommend the steamed egg, fried rice with nurungji (crust of overcooked rice), and noodles with spicy Korean pepper. The best part is the sauces: roasted salt, wasabi, garlic sesame oil, squid bibimbap jjaji, tuna ssamjang, sesame leaf jjaji, scallion kimchi, and kapchan jjaji all come together without extra charges. The homemade sauces are especially delicious. 😋 We made a YouTube video while visiting there!
