South Korean multinational beverage, brewing, and distilling firm HiteJinro Co., Ltd. was established in 1924. It generates more than half of soju’s domestic sales, making it the top producer in the world.

HiteJinro introduces the limited-edition Soju, Ishirisul Green Apple Flavor.

It has a crisp apple flavor and is 12% ABV, one degree lower than previous fruit liqueurs, making it light and easy to enjoy. From the beginning of September 2023, it will be sold mainly in university towns.

So, what does Ishirisul (아이셔에 이슬) mean?

It’s a combination of the soju ‘Chamisul(참이슬)’ and the candy ‘Ishir(아이셔)’!
