Sundae is a type of blood sausage in Korean cuisine.
It is a well-known Korean street food that is typically produced by boiling cow or pig intestines that are filled with different ingredients.
There are more than eight different types of sundae, and people love them for different reasons: chewy vermicelli inside of Sundae, savory taste and more. Typically, the flavors change depending on the “sauce.” So today at UoH, we will learn about different dipping sauces.
Generally speaking, Sundae is enjoyed by different dipping sauces for different regions of Korea.
