How to Enjoy Corn Cheese Spicy Buldak Noodles

The creator of Korea’s spicy ramen, Buldak Stir-fried Ramen, has created her favorite recipe with corn cheese. Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients : 2 packages of Buldak Ramen and corn cheese (1/2 cup canned corn, 2/3 cup pizza cheese, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sugar)

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, mix the corn cheese ingredients.
  3. Add the liquid soup, reserving some of the broth, and stir-fry over medium heat for 30 seconds.
  4. Place the cooked fried noodles in a bowl, top with number 2, and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
