Incheon International Airport to Become the first “5-star” Airport in the World

On September 15, 2022, the Airports Council International (ACI) Customer Experience Global Summit was held. 

Korea’s Incheon Airport has become the first airport to achieve the top level of accreditation, Level 5, in customer experience.

ACI Asia-Pacific Director General Stefano Baronci said,
