Korean Air Will Resume Its ”Coat Room Service,“ Offering Free Storage of Passengers‘ Coats During the Winter Season

Starting from December 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, Korean Air will provide this service for passengers flying on international flights departing from Incheon International Airport’s Terminal 2. Each passenger can store one coat free of charge for up to five days, starting from the day of check-in. After that, a storage fee of 2,500 KRW per day will apply.

The coat storage counter is located at the Hanjin Express counter on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2. After the completion of the Terminal 2 expansion project in early December, passengers can use the Hanjin Express counter at the A section on the same floor. First-class and Prestige Class passengers, as well as SkyTeam Elite Plus members, can use the C36 counter before the expansion is completed, and the A32 counter after the expansion. Coats can be retrieved from the Hanjin Express store located next to Hana Bank on the B1 level of Terminal 2. Passengers must present a storage receipt to pick up their coat. The coat retrieval counter is open 24 hours a day for convenience.

Korean Air has been offering this service annually since 2005 for passengers traveling to destinations with milder winter climates.
