1. G-DRAGON Media Exhibition : Übermensch 《지드래곤 미디어 전시》

G-Dragon is hosting a media exhibition titled“G-DRAGON Media Exhibition: Ubermensch.” The exhibition will feature a variety of attractions and experiences, including the iconic Daisy Garden, a hologram concert, and VR activities.In particular, there’s growing excitement around the live hologram performance of his new song “TAKE ME.” Admission is free with an advance reservation and the exhibition runs until March 19.

2. Colors of Water 《수채水彩: 물을 그리다》

“Colors of Water” is a museum collection exhibition dedicated solely to watercolor as an independent genre, offering visitors the opportunity to discover and appreciate works by renowned artists through this familiar medium. Focusing on the unique aesthetic qualities of watercolor—such as absorption, diffusion, transparency, and immediacy—the exhibition explores how the genre has evolved from modern to contemporary art as a complete and independent form of artistic expression.

3. Prelude: With a Heart Singing of the Stars 《서시: 별을 노래하는 마음으로》

To commemorate the 80th anniversary of Korea’s Liberation, the Seoul Museum of Art presents a special exhibition featuring the Gana Art Collection. Donated in 2001 by Ho-Jae Lee, CEO of Gana Art, the collection consists of 200 works that actively reflect the social realities of Korea during the 1980s and 1990s, including pieces from the Minjung art movement and realist traditions.

4. The LEEUM Collection Display 《현대미술 소장품전》

To mark the 60th anniversary of the Samsung Foundation of Culture, the Leeum Museum of Art presents a special exhibition that offers a fresh perspective on its collection, spanning Korean modern and contemporary art to major works from Asia and the West. Featuring iconic artists such as Rodin, Giacometti, and Nam June Park, alongside rarely seen works and recent acquisitions, the exhibition creates diverse encounters across periods and genres. With newly reimagined gallery spaces, visitors are invited to explore dynamic relationships between the works and experience a multilayered, non-linear journey through the collection.

5. Joseon Minhwa Exhibition 《조선 민화 대전》

Amorepacific Museum of Art presents a special exhibition that reinterprets the unique aesthetics of Minhwa (Korean folk painting) from a contemporary perspective. Featuring around 120 works from the Joseon dynasty to the modern era, the exhibition is organized around themes such as color and symbolism, highlighting iconic pieces like the Munjado and Chaekgeori screens. Held from March 27 to June 29, the exhibition offers a fresh look at the artistic value of Minhwa, connecting tradition with the present.

6. Buen CALUBAYAN, Amoy Araw: Rhythms of Play and Labor

Buen Calubayan (b. 1980, Manila) is an artist whose work explores the intersections of art, labor, and education, questioning Western visual systems through painting, video, and installation. His solo exhibition “Amoy Araw” at Arario Gallery Seoul presents 21 new works that reflect on the rhythms of light, the body, and the environment as foundations for learning, memory, and collective experience. Meaning “the smell of the sun” in Filipino, the title evokes the lingering traces of daily life and labor, expanding these sensory moments into his artistic practice.

7. Rivers Into Other 《우리는 끊임없이 다른 강에 스며든다》

The Seoul Museum of Art presents “Rivers Into Other,” a special exhibition exploring the social value and role of records in alignment with its 2025 institutional theme, “Action.” By examining the currents of archival art and manuscript history, the exhibition highlights how contemporary art reinterprets historical events and collective memories.It reflects on the ever-evolving nature of records, urging us to rethink memory, perception, and the power of documentation as a catalyst for action.

8. Kohei YAMADA: Borderline 《코헤이 야마다 개인전》

This exhibition explores Kohei Yamada’s theme of “Borderline,” focusing on the tension and harmony created where contrasting colors and forms meet. Through layered pigments and intersecting color fields, the artist reveals borderlines as connection points that link memories, time, and space. Rather than division, these boundaries become sites of interaction and unity.
