New Visas For International Tourists To Be Introduced in Korea This Year

The government announced that two new visas will be introduced for tourists this year.
1) Workcation Visa and 2) K-Culture Visa

In order to attract international tourists, the government has decided to introduce a new “workcation” (work + vacation) visa, which allows tourists to stay for up to two years while working remotely in Korea. 

The Korean culture (K-culture) visa will allow international teenagers to stay in Korea and learn K-culture, such as K-pop, in related institutions for up to two years.
