Yakgwa is a traditional Korean snack made from a mixture of honey, flour, water, cooking oil, and liquor, rolled into a yakgwa mold, and deep-fried in oil.

A. Due to the nature of Yakgwa, the starch coating will seep into the product over time. If the product is frozen, the coating absorption time will be delayed. For those who wish to preserve the coating, we recommend freezing immediately upon receipt.
