At first, many people thought it was just a fad, but now it’s become a part of everyday life for bread lovers. Incheon’s salt bread specialist, “Saltbread In Seaside (자연도 소금빵)”, has branched out to various locations in Seoul, and we visited the Seongsu-dong branch today. The other branches are sit-down, but the Seongsu branch is a buy-and-go system, so it’s great for takeout if you’re in the neighbourhood. This place is famous for the salt bread that is baked fresh six times a day. The store even has a post on what time they bake it. There’s only one menu item: salt bread. Salt bread is sold in units of four. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat or a snack, this is the place to go.
