Samsung Electronics Has Unveiled The Galaxy S24 Series Of AI-powered Smartphones At The Galaxy Unpacked 2024 Event

There are some new, unique features of Samsung’s AI smartphones. It will be available for pre-order starting tomorrow.

Nightography

Space zoom lets you take bright, colorful, and crisp photos in low light. Now you can shoot as clearly at any distance at night as during the day. It provides stable image quality even when utilizing the zoom function in dark environments.

Circle to Search

This is a search feature born out of Samsung’s collaboration with Google. When you’re surfing the web or using social media and you have a question, just circle it on the screen and it will search for you. For example, if you see a restaurant you’re curious about while browsing social media, you can circle the photo and it will provide information about it.

Note Assist & Speech To Text

‘Note Assist’ is a feature that summarizes and converts texts or notes written in Samsung Notes into meeting minutes. ‘Speech to Text’ is a feature that provides transcripts for up to 10 speakers when you record a meeting with voice recording.

Photo Generative Editing

If your photo is slightly crooked or cropped more than expected, AI will fill in some of the cropped objects to make your photo look natural.

Real-time Interpretation

This feature provides interpretation service in real-time when users communicating in different languages have a phone call. It is based on ‘on-device AI’, which means that the AI function is implemented on the device itself, without going through another server and without a separate app. There are 13 supported languages, including Korean, Chinese, English, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Thai. Not only that, but text messages can also be translated in real-time via the Samsung keyboard.
