The South Korean National Football Team Drew 3-3 With Malaysia In Their Final Group E Match At The AFC Qatar Asian Cup 2023

The national team took the lead in the 20th minute through Jeong Woo-yeong, but conceded an equalizer six minutes into the second half and a penalty in the 16th minute. Lee Kang-in restored parity with a left-footed free kick in the 38th minute of the second half. Son Heung-min converted a penalty in the later minutes of the game, but a late stoppage time concession left them second in the group.

South Korea’s Asian Cup Round of 16 opponent is Saudi Arabia, and the match will take place on Wednesday, January 31 at 1am.
