Spreading Kimchi On Bread?

Company Daesang•Jongga has introduced two new kimchi products aimed at consumers in the U.S. and Europe: a DIY kimchi paste that can be used as a sauce for salads, and a jam-like kimchi spread that can be spread on burgers and bread. ????️

As part of its localisation strategy in Western countries, Daesang has been using cabbage, kale, and rosemary in its kimchi since last year. It will be interesting to see if the new product will be a hit.
