Incheon International Airport Is Expected To Implement A Dedicated Entrance System For Celebrities Starting From October 28, 2024
Recently, the Incheon International Airport Corporation sent official notices to entertainment agencies, stating that the new procedure is being introduced to minimize situations that could cause large crowds. The plan allows celebrities and other well-known figures to use exclusive departure gates at the airport.
Entertainment agencies and celebrities wishing to use these dedicated entrances will be required to submit an application in advance to the Incheon International Airport Corporation. The airport corporation explained that the new regulations are being implemented due to the frequent gatherings of large crowds at the airport, often consisting of fans during the arrival and departure of artists. These situations have caused inconvenience to regular passengers and raised concerns about safety, especially as the global popularity of Korean artists continues to rise.
