Korean Dessert Cafe Sulbing introduces a new menu in collaboration with Häagen-Dazs.

The two flavors are “Choco Bingsu,” a milk shaved ice topped with chewy brownies and crunchy Oreos and served with rich Häagen-Dazs chocolate ice cream, and “Choco Croffle,” a combination of whipped cream and ice cream.

What is Sulbing (설빙)?

Sulbing is a South Korean franchise company that started in Busan, South Korea. It operates a dessert cafe franchise business, and its main products are shaved ice, tea, and toast. It is best known for popularizing snowflake shaved ice in 2014 in Korea.

In Korea, there are many shaved ice lovers who say, “Do you want to go for shaved ice for dessert?” after dinner.
