The average sleep duration of South Koreans is 6 hours and 58 minutes, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes shorter than the OECD average of 8 hours and 27 minutes. According to sleep data analysis by 10Minds, a healthcare device company, individuals in their 30s recorded the longest sleep duration, while those in their 40s recorded the shortest.

The average bedtime was 11:03 PM, and the average wake-up time was 6:06 AM. Sleep duration was shortest on Tuesdays and increased to an average of 7 hours and 8 minutes on weekends. Snoring accounted for 11% of total sleep time, with individuals in their 40s having the highest proportion at 12.6%, highlighting significant snoring issues among middle-aged adults.
