The Next Woodstock Music and Art Fair Will Be Held in Korea in July, 2023

The legendary rock festival Woodstock Music and Art Fair will be held in Korea from July 28 to 30, 2023 under the slogan “freedom, peace, and love” to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Korean War reaching an armistice.

The Woodstock 2023 festival in Korea will be the first time to be held outside of the United States. The lineup is not yet revealed. We’ll let you informed when its announced!

Woodstock Music and Art Fair

On August 15-18, 1969, Woodstock Music and Art Fair, the most famous rock festival of the 1960s, was held in Bethel, New York. About 500,000 people, mainly young hippies, visited over the course of four days. The headliners included Richie Havens, Joan Baez, Janis Joplin, The Who, Jefferson Airplane, Joe Cocker, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and Jimi Hendrix.

Woodstock 1994, 1999, and 2009 festivals were held in New York to celebrate its 25th, 30th, and 40th anniversaries.
