The Popular Korean Web Novel ‘Under the Oak Tree’ Has Made it to the New York Times Bestsellers List

The Korean web novel Under the Oak Tree (상수리 나무 아래) has made its debut on the New York Times Bestseller list for the week of November 13, 2024. The English hardcover edition of the book has ranked 7th in the Hardcover Fiction category.

Under the Oak Tree, written by Kim Suji, a legendary Korean author in the romance fantasy genre, has built a strong global fanbase with its expansive world-building and deep narrative. It has now become the first Korean web novel to be featured on The New York Times Bestseller list, once again proving the impact and influence of the work.
