The South Korean Movie “Sunflower” Will Be Re-released in November 2024

The South Korean movie ”Sunflower(해바라기)“, starring Kim Rae-won, Kim Hae-sook, and Huh Lee-jae, will be re-released in a director’s cut version in November 2024.

Sunflower was first released in 2006. It is an action noir film about a man named Oh Tae-sik, who had to live in the darknes without any dreams but finds hope for the first time when he embraces the warmth of family. The director‘s cut, set to be released this year, will feature clearer visuals and previously unseen scenes not included in the original version. Further details on the release schedule will be announced soon.
