The Subway Station with the Highest Number of Sex Crimes in Seoul
According to the Security and Public Administration Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, the subway station with the highest number of sex crimes in Seoul over the past three years is Express Bus Terminal Station. A total of 141 sex crimes occurred at this station between 2021 and July 2024. Following that, there were 124 cases at Sadang Station, 118 at Hongik University Station, and 117 at Gangnam Station.
On the other hand, Gangnam Station had the highest number of theft incidents, with 119 cases, followed by 87 cases at Jongno 3-ga Station, 84 at Sadang Station, and 80 at Express Bus Terminal Station.
