EVERLAND (에버랜드)

Everland is huge and diverse. There are rides, themed parks, zoo, safari, botanical garden, accommodations, and more! You can ride Korea’s first wooden rollercoaster, T Express, watch its famous outdoor parades, or ride a tram and see animals up close at Zootopia. There’s a water park called Caribbean Bay with even more water rides. Also, it’s the only place in Korea where you can see pandas.

???? You might want to visit Everland if you say things like,

  • “I want to go outside of Seoul.”
  • “I’m not really into rollercoasters, but I love parades.”
  • “I want to ride T Express and see pandas.”
  • “I want to take a walk and enjoy different themed parks.”

Lotte World Adventure (롯데월드 어드벤처)

Lotte World Adventure is unique. The park is separated into indoor (called Adventure) and outdoor (called Magic Island). There’s an indoor ice skating rink, a folk museum, and a beautiful Magic Castle, which is the perfect spot to take a picture. It also has more thrilling rides compared to Everland. If you love riding rollercoasters, Lotte World might be a better choice than Everland.

You might want to visit Lotte World Adventure if you say things like,

  • I’m staying in Seoul and don’t want to travel too far.
  • I love rollercoasters.
  • I want to take a picture in front of the Magic Castle.
  • I don’t want to walk too much.
