MOYO, located in Soho, is a place where you can experience ‘Itaewon vibes’ in Hong Kong. In a casual and vibrant atmosphere, you can enjoy various dishes such as yukhoe and fried chicken. Created by a Korean chef born in Italy, it has an added international flair that makes it even more appealing.

MARU is a place where you can enjoy a variety of Korean dishes, from Korean BBQ to fried chicken, noodles, pancakes, and soup. The tteokbokki is delicious and not too spicy, and the sundubu jjigae (spicy soft tofu stew) is also very tasty. If you’re looking for Korean food to enjoy with soju or beer in Hong Kong, I highly recommend it!

This large-scale Korean restaurant is operated by a company that runs over 35 Korean food marts across Hong Kong. You can taste dishes prepared by chefs who have worked at renowned Korean hotels and specialists in Korean cuisine. The menu offers a diverse range of options including jeongol (hot pot), soups, stews, stir-fries, meats, bibimbap, and chicken. The generous side dishes are also a highlight. As the oldest Korean restaurant in Hong Kong, it offers a very extensive menu. It’s famous for serving a variety of side dishes. Located in a commercial district, it’s a great spot for those on a business trip or working in Hong Kong to enjoy lunch or dinner.While some people mention that the taste of kimchi and side dishes might be slightly lacking, it still is a great place to experience the vibe of a long-standing Korean restaurant in Hong Kong.
127 Wing Lok St, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
This restaurant is renowned among Koreans as one of the best Korean places in Hong Kong. Although it’s relatively new, it offers a variety of dishes, from Korean-style Chinese food to kimchi jjigae and doenjang jjigae. Being a newer restaurant, it is clean and reasonably priced, making it a great choice for anyone craving Korean food.

They offer a variety of dishes including Hanwo Bone Soup with Abalone, Hanwoo Spicy Beef Soup, and Pork Backbone Soup. The beef ssambap (meaning literally “wrapped rice”) set is said to be as delicious as what you would find in Korea. If you’re craving Korean food during your trip to Hong Kong, be sure to visit!

It’s a clean, comfortable, and spacious restaurant. You can enjoy dishes such as mul-naengmyeon (cold noodles), galbitang (beef short rib soup), kimchi jjigae, and budae jjigae. The side dishes like rolled omelette, cucumber salad, and kimchi are also tasty. The samgyeopsal (pork belly) is quite famous, so be sure to try the K-BBQ!
