Forbes Has Named Hotel Shilla President Lee Boo-jin And NAVER President Choi Soo-yeon To Its 2023 List Of The World’s Most Powerful Women

Forbes annually releases a ranking of women based on their wealth, media presence, influence, and scope of activities. Lee Boo-jin was ranked 82nd and Choi Soo-yeon 96th on the list.

Lee Boo-jin, the eldest daughter of the Samsung Group chairman, is the CEO of Hotel Shilla. Her wealth is estimated at KRW 4.9871 trillion, and Forbes recognized her influence as the head of South Korea’s top lodging center and largest duty-free shop.

Choi Soo-yeon is the youngest CEO of South Korea’s largest internet company, Naver, and only the second woman to lead the company since its founding.
