Typhoon Hinnamnor to Slam the Korean Peninsula

Typhoon Hinnamnor has become the most powerful tropical cyclone this year and left traces in various places of Korea with heavy rain and wind.

Typhoon Hinamnor landed in Korea on Tuesday morning and slammed into the southern regions of Korea, including Pohang, Busan, Geoje, and Gyeongju. It moved out of the peninsula at around 7am along the coast of Ulsan.

At least 2 people have died and 10 people have gone missing. More than 1,500 stores nationwide flooded, resulting in heavy damage. The number is expected to increase further.
