Vegan Airline Meal Options Now Avaliable at Jeju Air

Vegan airline meal options are now available on Jeju Air.

ORGANICA, a Korean plant-based innovative food company, announced that it will launch a vegan in-flight meal ‘Vegan Hamburger Steak,’ which can be pre-ordered with Jeju Air.
’Vegan Hamburger Steak’ is made with 100% plant-based alternative meat. Being marinated in a dark brown sauce, the texture will be soft and the taste will be savory. It will be served with grilled vegetables such as tomatoes, green beans, sweet pumpkin, potatoes, and oat barley rice – a healthy filling food!

This collaboration between ORGANICA and Jeju Air happened as Jeju Air was in the process of replacing meat ingredients with plant-based food options.

As all ingredients are 100% plant-based, this food option will be pleasurable to not only vegans but people who might have difficulty with digestion during long flights.

Korean company ORGANICA’s products vary from alternative meat, plant proteins to vegan snacks and protein beverages. It has successfully introduced its products to major companies like Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Yakult and so on.
