There are days when you don‘t want pork or beef, but lamb. UoH team visited Yasnoya Jiro (야스노야 지로) to get our lamb for dinner.

It’s a Sapporo-style lamb restaurant that serves traditional Genghis Khan dishes. We had the Genghis Khan raw lamb, and it was excellent, with crunchy mungbean sprouts that were flavored with lamb fat and the added vegetables.

It‘s great for dipping with wasabi, salt, and soy sauce, and it doesn’t have the typical lamb smell, which makes it even better. Next time we’ll try the set menu, which comes with 2 pieces of lamb, stir-fried mungbean sprouts, lamb hamburg steak and rice.

It‘s very small inside, seating only about 10 people, so they usually take reservations, but you can walk in if you wait a bit on the weekdays.
